The therapeutic process can be intimidating. Feeling safe can be difficult when you feel overwhelmed and vulnerable. Therapy is a dedicated safe space for you to be you. I treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples. My practice respects all aspects of people including race, ethnicity, gender expression, sexual orientation, social-economic background, age, religion, body shape, size, and ability.

We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan to best fit your needs. I promise to be there for you every step of your journey.
